Please review our course terms and conditions before booking. By proceeding with your booking, you will be required to confirm your acceptance of the following terms:
Refund Policy
Full Refund Before Course Start: If your baby is born before 37 weeks of pregnancy and you haven’t started the course, you are entitled to a full refund.
Partial Refund for Early Birth During Course: If your baby arrives before 37 weeks while you are partway through the course, please contact us. We will assist you in discussing options for a partial refund or credit towards a future course.
General Refunds: Refunds are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel your course, please notify us as early as possible. If sufficient notice is given and we can fill your place, we may offer a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
Refunds for No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Refunds are not offered for no-shows or cancellations unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Course Transfers: If you need to transfer your booking to another date, please notify us at least 10 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur a 10% administration fee.
Completing the Course: You should aim to complete the course before reaching 37 weeks of pregnancy. If you choose a course that ends after this point and are unable to attend any or all sessions due to the early arrival of your baby, we will not be able to offer a refund. This policy does not apply if your baby is born before 37 weeks of pregnancy.
Confirmation of Refunds and Transfers: Refunds and transfer confirmations will be communicated via email. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
Exceptional Circumstances: Exceptional circumstances are determined on a case-by-case basis. For further clarification, please contact us directly.

We expect all participants to behave respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before the course begins. We strive to create a safe and accommodating environment for all participants.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality:
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for course-related purposes. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
6. Course Materials:
Course materials provided are for personal use only and should not be shared or distributed without permission.
7. Feedback and Evaluation:
We encourage feedback to improve our services.
8. Liability:

9. Cancellation by Facilitator:
If we need to cancel a session or the entire course, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the course at no additional cost.

11. Photography:
We occasionally take photos and videos during our sessions, for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be in these, please let us know beforehand.
